Born and raised in the heart of Southern California’s vibrant boating scene, Shayde Stover built his career on the water from an early age. He earned his 100-ton USCG Master’s License early in life and quickly put it to work, launching multiple successful yacht service and management companies that supported a wide range of private owners and commercial operations.

Shayde’s hands-on expertise and reputation for precision eventually led him to work directly with several major yacht manufacturers, where he gained invaluable insight into construction standards, project oversight, and the ownership experience from the inside out. In 2018, he relocated to South Florida—the epicenter of American yachting—to expand his opportunities and upgrade to a 200-ton Master’s License.

After serving as a project manager for Ocean Alexander Yachts, Shayde transitioned into brokerage to bring his operational knowledge, build experience, and client-focused service mentality directly to buyers and sellers. Today, he leverages his technical background and decades on the water to guide clients with honesty, accuracy, and unmatched real-world insight.
