VELOURIA is a well-maintained example of Ted Hood’s WhisperJet 44 series. Powered by twin Hamilton water jets and two Yanmar 440HP diesels, she boasts a 2’6” draft with no underwater appendages that can be damaged in a grounding or fouled by fishing gear. This makes her a terrific boat for cruising shallow waters or coastal areas where lobster pots and other floating hazards can be a major concern.
With a quality of finish that is only found in the best custom yachts VELOURIA’s interior has been crafted in varnished cherry and teak woods with Herreshoff style white bulkheads.
