Nancy Marie is an excellent example of the 2007 Hunter 45 Center Cockpit, which has a signature blend of "living comfort" and refined sailing performance. Designed by Glenn Henderson, it features a sleek wraparound windshield and an elevated center cockpit that provides excellent visibility and a secure feeling offshore.

Exterior & Deck

• Aft Deck & Swim Platform: Her stern has an integrated swim platform with a walk-through transom and telescoping ladder. The spacious aft deck features large lazarettes for storage and a stainless steel arch that keeps the mainsheet traveler out of the cockpit.
• Center Cockpit: Stepping into the protected cockpit, you’ll find a Lewmar folding wheel for easy movement. The helm is equipped with Raymarine electronics. All sail controls are led aft to the cockpit, including an electric cabin-top winch for easy in-mast furling of the rig.
• Foredeck: Wide weather decks with high lifelines and stainless grab rails lead to the bow. The anchor locker features an electric windlass with dual foot switches and a "hollow bow" design for smoother entry into oncoming swells.

Interior Accommodations

• Main Saloon: The saloon is notably large with nearly 7 feet of headroom. Massive wraparound windows flood the area with natural light. To port is an adjustable "captain's chair" at the navigation station, and to starboard is a large U-shaped dinette that can comfortably seat eight.
• Gourmet Galley: Located to starboard, the galley features Corian countertops, a three-burner gimbaled stove/oven, and a side-by-side front-loading refrigerator/freezer. Innovative additions include a built-in coffee maker, microwave, and a glass-fronted dish-draining cabinet. An additional freezer is located in the forward v-berth for extra freezer space.
• Master Suite (Aft): The "piece de resistance" is the full-beam aft cabin, featuring a centerline queen-size island berth with an innerspring mattress. It includes a lounge seat, cedar-lined hanging lockers, and a private en suite head with a dedicated stall shower.
• Forward Guest Suite (VIP): The forward cabin offers a double V-berth with a memory foam mattress, a dressing seat, and ample storage. It also has private access to a second head that includes its own stall shower.
